Today’s Grace Life Podcast was a fascinating mix of testimony, theology, encouragement, humor, and open discussion — and it all started with special guest Adrienne Jason joining Pastor Joel Hayes for an incredibly honest conversation about grace, women’s ministry, and coming out of the New Age movement.
Adrienne shared how she was saved as a young girl, later drifted deeply into New Age spirituality, and eventually found her way back to biblical truth through Romans, rightly dividing, and grace teaching from voices like Les Feldick, Richard Jordan, and Deborah Johnson. Her testimony was powerful, relatable, and full of hope.
Some of the topics covered included:
New Age spirituality vs. biblical truth
Christian meditation vs. emptying the mind
Women’s ministry in the grace movement
Social media and smartphone addiction
AI and discernment
Grace-based encouragement for women
Identity in Christ and freedom from religious performance
The importance of sound doctrine during anxiety and hardship
One especially moving moment came when Adrienne described reading Romans 1:16 and suddenly realizing salvation was “to everyone that believeth” — not “everyone that worketh.” She described it as the weight of the law finally falling off her shoulders.
The conversation also explored how modern believers — especially women — are looking for peace, clarity, and stability in a chaotic world. Adrienne’s ministry focuses heavily on encouraging women to meditate on sound doctrine, understand who they are in Christ, and find comfort through God’s Word rather than through mysticism or self-help spirituality.
After the interview, the podcast shifted into Open Chat Friday mode with live Bible questions and discussion topics from the audience. Pastor Joel dove into:
Romans 11 and the olive tree
The root and fatness of the tree
Right division and dispensational transitions
KJV-only discussions
Grace vs. religion
Eternal security
The dangers of works-based Christianity
Why identity in Christ changes everything
As always, the second half turned into one of those wonderfully spontaneous grace conversations that could only happen live.
If you enjoy heartfelt testimonies, deep grace conversations, practical encouragement, and open Bible discussion, this episode is absolutely worth hearing. There was a sweetness and sincerity to this one that made it especially memorable.
Give it a listen — and share it with someone who may need encouragement, clarity, or the reminder that God’s grace really is enough.

🔥 Grace Camp stories, surf talk, hilarious camp memories, and some seriously encouraging truth — today’s episode of the Grace Life Podcast was a blast. Pastor Joel sat down with to talk all things Florida Grace Camp: how it started, what makes it different from typical church camps, and why kids are leaving camp with something far more important than just fun memories — clarity about the gospel, eternal security, and who they are in Christ.
Along the way, Robert shared his own journey into grace, stories about growing up around right-division teaching, how he ended up serving at camp at just sixteen years old, and why today’s generation of kids desperately needs both biblical truth and freedom from constant digital distraction. The conversation gets surprisingly deep at times — touching on anxiety, identity, forgiveness, technology addiction, and the power of simply handing a young person a real Bible and telling them they can trust it.
There are also plenty of funny moments: fake phone swaps at camp, tubing wipeouts, “number two” jokes, stories about counselors, surf culture, and why taking kids’ phones away for a week might actually be one of the most spiritual things you can do in 2026. 😂
Most encouraging of all were the testimonies of kids hearing a clear gospel for the very first time — and realizing that salvation is not about performance, but about trusting Christ’s finished work alone. Robert explained that one of the biggest goals of Grace Camp is helping young people understand they are accepted, complete, forgiven, and secure in Christ.
If you’ve ever wondered what grace-centered youth ministry can look like in a chaotic culture, this conversation is packed with insight, laughter, and hope. Give it a listen — and maybe you’ll walk away encouraged too.

What happens when these two grace guys get together and start talking books, dispensationalism, publishing, AI, aliens, Baptist history, and why evangelicalism may have lost its way? Chaos. Absolute glorious chaos. 😂
In today’s episode of the Grace Life Podcast, Pastor Joel Hayes sits down with Randy White for one of the funniest, most insightful conversations we’ve had in a long time. From hilarious opening banter about shiny bald heads and shorts under the pulpit… to deep discussions about right division, Mid-Acts dispensationalism, Bible publishing, systematic theology, and the future of Christian books in the AI age — this episode goes everywhere in the best possible way.
Dr. White shares his fascinating journey from Southern Baptist pastor to “accidental Mid-Acts dispensationalist,” talks about how reading the Bible for himself changed everything, and explains how he discovered the grace message before he even knew there was a name for it. The discussion dives into classic grace authors like Cornelius Stam, E. W. Bullinger, and Charles Baker, along with some behind-the-scenes stories about publishing controversial grace books and dealing with theological criticism.
They also tackle modern evangelical “mysticism,” the dangers of AI becoming a theological yes-man, whether physical books still matter, and why Christians should stop panicking over UFO conspiracy stories. Yes… that conversation happened too. 😂
You’ll also hear about:
The story behind Dispensational Publishing House
Randy’s “Ask the Theologian” ministry
Why books still matter in a digital world
Theological growth and changing your mind over time
The value of controversy in publishing
Why “Evangelical Garbage” became such a memorable title
Grace books that changed their lives forever
The future of grace publishing and writing
If you love grace teaching, right division, theology, books, church history, publishing, humor, or just listening to two brothers enjoy talking shop together, this episode is for you.
Grab your coffee, open your Bible, and enjoy this incredibly fun conversation. You’re going to laugh, think, and probably add several books to your reading list before it’s over. 🎙️📚🔥

🔥 Grace Groups… Getting Ugly? Let’s Talk About It.
What happens when people who preach grace… forget to practice grace?
In this episode of the Grace Life Podcast, Joel and the crew dive headfirst into a real issue bubbling up in grace circles—online bickering, division, and that all-too-familiar “I’m right, you’re wrong” tone that leaves a trail of discouraged believers behind.
But this isn’t just a rant—it’s a reset.
💥 You’ll hear:
Why “speech always with grace” isn’t optional—it’s the whole game
How tone reveals what’s really going on in the heart
Practical, real-world ways to disagree without being disagreeable
Why winning arguments can actually mean losing people
And how to reflect Christ’s grace even in the heat of disagreement
There’s honesty, humor, a little conviction (okay… maybe a lot 😅), and a whole lot of encouragement to actually live the message we love.
👉 If you’ve ever been tempted to go for the jugular in a comment section… this one’s for you.👉 If you’ve ever been on the receiving end of harsh “grace” talk… this one’s for you.👉 If you want your words to actually build people up instead of tear them down… you definitely want to listen.
🎧 Hit play and let’s get back to what grace is supposed to sound like.

🎙️ Open Chat Friday is BACK—and anything goes!Today’s episode is a full-on, free-flowing conversation with the saints, packed with Scripture, sharp insights, and some seriously good fellowship.
We kicked things off with a brand-new song—“From This Generation Forever”—a powerful, cinematic reminder that God’s Word is preserved, unshaken, and still speaking today. Then we dove headfirst into some rich discussions that hit right at the heart of the Christian walk:
🔥 Anger—Sin or Not?We tackled that classic tension in Ephesians 4:26—“Be ye angry, and sin not.”Is feeling anger itself sinful? Not necessarily. But what you do with it—and how long you hold onto it—makes all the difference. Think righteous revulsion toward sin… with guardrails.
📖 The Berean MindsetWe revisited the noble example of Acts 17:11—believers who didn’t just listen… they searched the Scriptures daily.Challenge of the day: Are you a Berean, or just a passive listener?
💥 Grace That TransformsOne of the standout moments:“Grace does not excuse sin—it empowers holiness.”We unpacked how grace doesn’t ignore sin… it took the full hit at Calvary and now equips you to walk in newness of life.
🧠 Identity in Christ (and why it changes everything)We circled back again and again to this:You’re not striving for approval—you’re living from approval.Forgiven. Sealed. Identified with Christ. Already complete.
🙏 Real Talk + Real FellowshipFrom deep doctrinal questions (Job, angels, forgiveness, the fall of Lucifer) to encouragement, prayer requests, and even a few laughs—this episode captures what makes Open Chat Friday so special:👉 Truth, grace, and genuine connection.
👉 If you’ve ever had a Bible question, wrestled with anger, or just needed a reminder of who you are in Christ—this episode is for you.
🎧 Hit play, jump into the conversation, and come hang out with the MAD BAD crew. You just might walk away sharper, encouraged, and smiling.

What happens when you mix a little grace funk, a deep dive into the future of ministry, and some honest talk about AI, culture, and where this world might be headed? That’s exactly where this episode goes—and it’s a ride. Joel kicks things off with a brand-new funk track (yes, horns and all 🎺), but quickly pivots into a fascinating conversation sparked by messages from Richard Jordan about how radically different the near future could look. From the idea of the “Fourth Turning” to the rise of a technocratic world where truth itself becomes the battleground, this episode wrestles with a big question: how do we minister in a world that may not even resemble the one we knew?
But here’s the heartbeat of the episode—and the reason you’ll want to listen all the way through: no matter how advanced, artificial, or controlled the world becomes, the gospel doesn’t change. Joel brings it back to what matters most—identity in Christ, real relationships, and the unchanging power of God’s Word to cut through confusion, even in the darkest scenarios. If you’ve ever wondered where things are headed… and more importantly, what your role is in it all—this conversation will challenge you, ground you, and maybe even flip a switch in your thinking. Hit play—you’ll be glad you did.

This week’s Grace Life Podcast starts with heart—real, raw, and full of grace—as we remember our dear brother James Watkins. Through tears and gratitude, we reflect on the fellowship we shared and the unshakable hope we have in Christ… because for the believer, faith has become sight.
But then—like only this podcast can—we pivot into something fascinating: a newly “discovered” ancient manuscript known as Codex H. Scholars used cutting-edge imaging to recover lost pages of Paul’s letters… so what did they find? Hidden Scripture? Lost books of the Bible? New revelation?
Not even close.
What they uncovered were the same truths we already have—word for word—powerfully reinforcing what Scripture has always promised: God preserved His Word perfectly.
From there, the conversation deepens. We move beyond preservation into something even greater—the living power of the Word of God. This isn’t just a book that survived history… it’s a two-edged sword that reads you, cuts deep, and transforms your life from the inside out.
🔥 You’ll also hear:
A powerful (and fun!) original “Bible preservation” song
A breakdown of why manuscript discoveries don’t “fix” the Bible—they confirm it
A rich discussion on how God’s Word actively works in you today
Encouragement to stop treating Scripture like a relic—and start letting it transform your walk
And of course, it wouldn’t be Open Chat Friday without some lively interaction, doctrinal insights, and that classic MAD BAD energy.
👉 Bottom line:We’re not waiting for scholars to rediscover truth…We already have it. The question is—are we letting it change us?

What if the biggest question people are asking today—“Who am I?”—already has a settled answer?
In this episode of the Grace Life Podcast, we dive headfirst into the modern identity crisis—especially among younger generations—and uncover why so many are searching, striving, and still coming up empty. From social media pressure to the exhausting cycle of self-definition, we explore why “be true to yourself” might actually be pointing people in the wrong direction.
But here’s the good news: God never told you to find yourself—He told you that you’re already complete in Christ.
We talk about:
Why identity has become the battleground of our culture
How the world’s approach to identity creates anxiety, instability, and comparison
Why no self-created identity can satisfy the soul
The life-changing truth of being dead, buried, and risen with Christ
How understanding your identity in Christ brings real peace, confidence, and rest
This isn’t just theology—it’s transformation. Moving from insecurity to security. From pressure to peace. From striving to settled.
If you’ve ever wrestled with who you are, where you belong, or why something still feels missing… this conversation is for you.

Is Mental Health a Faith Issue?
What happens when real-life struggles collide with real biblical truth?
On this week’s episode of the Grace Life Podcast, we dove headfirst into one of the most honest—and needed—conversations we’ve had in a while: mental health and the believer’s mind.
We started with a simple but loaded question: Can Christians struggle with mental health? And from there, things got real.
We unpacked an article that argues believers aren’t exempt from emotional and mental struggles—and honestly, Scripture backs that up. From Elijah’s despair to David’s anguish in the Psalms to Christ Himself being “sorrowful unto death,” the Bible doesn’t hide the reality of human struggle.
But here’s where the conversation really took off…
We pushed past surface-level answers and got to the deeper issue: the mind.
What actually shapes your inner world?
Is every mental struggle a lack of faith… or is there more going on?
And most importantly—what has God already given us to deal with it?
This episode doesn’t ignore the complexities. We talked about trauma, dissociation, and even biological conditions that may require real treatment. But we also made a bold, biblical case that for many people, the battle is fought—and often won—in the mind.
Because Scripture is clear:
👉 Transformation doesn’t start with behavior—it starts with thinking.👉 Strongholds aren’t just feelings—they’re fortified patterns of thought.👉 And victory isn’t found in trying harder—it’s found in renewing your mind.
We walked through how the Word of God rewires the way you think, how grace teaches you to live, and how your identity in Christ can completely reshape your inner life—from anxiety and despair to peace and joy.
There were also some powerful personal moments—real testimony about depression, deliverance, and what happens when grace moves from doctrine… to experience.
And if that wasn’t enough, we wrapped it all up with one of the most practical questions you’ll hear all week:
What are you doing with your mind?
Because whatever is shaping your thinking… is shaping your life.

Questions
Here's the biggest question I can ask you: why did Christ die on a cross? I suspect most know the answer, and that is He paid for our sins (1 Cor. 15:1-4). Paid in what sense? He took on the penalty, the consequence, for your sins (Rom. 3:25). If you place your faith in Christ and in His death, burial, and resurrection as payment for all your sins, then God the Father will give you that free gift of eternal life (Rom. 5:15-18).
Here's the second biggest question I can ask you: if you're a believer, do you know who you are in Christ? You're now identified with Christ in His victory for you on the cross. The Father now sees you as dead, buried, and risen with His Son (Rom. 6:3-4). You're now complete in Him (Col. 2:10), forgiven all trespasses (Col. 2:13), already seated in heavenly places (Eph. 2:6), and sealed by the Spirit (Eph. 1:13), which means you have eternal security.
Do you know who you are in Christ and how to live in light of those precious truths?
